My order has shipped but I still can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you
receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still
unable to track your order, please call 1.888.676.5661 and select option 0.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your
unused merchandise in its original condition within 60 days for a refund. Please
note that sale merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
When checking the status of my order I received an “in process” message.
What does that mean?

“In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. Your order has
been sent to the warehouse and will likely ship in one business day.
How do I calculate the shipping and handling for my order?
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of

To check the status of backordered items log on to your account and click the Order
Status link. Please remember that you must be a registered client and signed in to
your lartisana.com account. Please note that since most of the merchandise are
handmade dates are not always accurate. For a more comprehensive date please

How is sales tax determined?
The sales tax rate and imposition is determined by our local rate currently 8.25%.
We are required by law to collect this rate as our business only has operations in
Los Angeles.
I am shipping my order outside the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
Shipping to Canada: In general we use the United States Postal Service for orders
shipping to Canada. This limits customs from opening the packages and assessing
duties and taxes. However, certain orders require international tracking, or require
expedited services which requires us to ship UPS. In these cases additional
duties and taxes may be collectied by Canadian authorities due to the nature
of the merchandise (textiles). Duties are determined as a percentage of the
invoiced price of each product. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax
(PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the
value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required
by Canadian law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to
which the merchandise is shipped.

your return has been received and processed. Please send your package via a
prepaid, insured, traceable method. To expedite your exchange, you may order

Please allow up to 10 business days for a return to be processed once we receive it.
How can I exchange items over the phone?

returned merchandise as soon as the return has been received and processed.

Offer Code in the “Offer Code” box in your Shopping Bag (page 1) before proceeding
to checkout. Once you enter the promotion click the “GO” button and the
promotion will be applied to the order. Please refer to your offer details for redemption
information and specifics about the offer.
